1.Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile application developed and operated by MLC Investment OÜ ("We", "Us", "Our"). We respect your privacy and are fully committed to protecting it through strict technical architecture. By downloading, installing, or using our Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2.Data Collection & Processing

Our Application is designed to function entirely locally on your mobile device:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not request, collect, track, or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or IP address.
• No Telemetry or Analytics: We do not embed third-party tracking, advertising SDKs, or analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK).
• On-Device Storage Only: Any data, user inputs, or settings generated while using the Application remain strictly saved within your device's local storage database.
• Photos & Media Access: If you choose to attach a photo to an entry, the Application asks for permission to access your device's photo library. Photos you select are stored only within the Application's local storage on your device. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or analysed, and we cannot see them. You may decline this permission and continue using the Application without photos.

3.External Server Transmission

Because all processing occurs locally on your device, no data is ever transmitted to or stored on external cloud servers, databases, or third-party servers managed by MLC Investment OÜ or any partners.

4.Third-Party Services & Links

The Application does not share, sell, rent, or trade any user information with third parties. If the Application contains external links (e.g., to our website), visiting those websites will be subject to the respective website's privacy policies.

5.Data Security & Control

Since all data stays on your device, you maintain 100% ownership and control over your information. You can delete or modify your stored data at any time directly through the Application or by uninstalling the Application from your device.

Export, Backup & Erasure: The Application allows you to export your content — including entries, photos, lists and settings — into a single backup file, and to restore that file later. The file is created on your device. Once you save it elsewhere or send it to another service, it leaves the protection of the Application and its security becomes your responsibility, as anyone who obtains the file can read its contents. You may also permanently erase all stored data from within the Application at any time.

6.Children's Privacy

Our Application does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is fully compliant with COPPA, GDPR, and global children's privacy legislation.

7.Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page and reflected in the Effective Date at the top of this document.
